Grilled Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:

5 10oz chicken breast(Organic 365 brand from Whole Foods)

1/4 cup of olive oil 

3 Tablespoons of Garlic powder 

3 Tablespoons of Onion Powder 

1 1/2 Tablespoon of Sea Salt

1 1/2 Tablespoon of Fresh Grind Black pepper 

1 1/2 Tablespoon Italian Herb seasoning

 

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 405 
  • Slice each chicken breast in half creating two equal halves (bottom half and top half) creating 10 pieces
  • Season chicken with spices 
  • Grab a flat pan and sear both sides of chicken for 3-4 minutes making it brown
  • Place all in an oven pan with olive oil smeared on it
  • Place in oven for 15 min

 

Serve with 1/2 cup of brown rice and 1 cup of kale or Brussels sprouts. 

Salmon Instructions:

Ingredients:

2 7oz Atlantic Salmon 

1 Tablespoon of Salt

1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder

1 Tablespoon of Italian Herb Seasoning

1 teaspoon of fresh grind black pepper 

1 lemon 

1 sweet potato

1 bundle of Asparagus 

1/2 yellow onion

1 cup of Olive Oil

 

Instructions:

  • Peel sweet potato, cut in half, dice up into large cubes
  • Preheat Oven to 405 degrees
  • Dice up yellow onion and cut the ends off the asparagus 
  • Place 1/2 of olive oil in pan. When heated place diced onions in pan.

 

Serve with 1/2 cup of brown rice and 1 cup of kale or Brussels sprouts.
