Thank you for taking your time to check out our workout program! This program is designed to compliment your lifestyle. You can use this program in the gym or at home. Each week you will receive new workouts, new weekly meal plans, and you’ll be able to preview your progress as long as you’re a member of the Action community.
This program is under guidance by a certified personal trainer and certified pilates and yoga instructor who combined their techniques to form the Action program. People are trimming down, toning up, becoming stronger, and feeling great! They’re doing this all at $25 a month.
